We offer internationally recognised, trauma-informed Breathwork Training online and in person, supporting heart-centred people to become confident, skilled and compassionate Breathwork Coaches. Our courses give you the practical skills, personal experience and certification needed to help clients release stress and anxiety, find inner peace, heal emotional blocks, deepen relationships and reconnect with their passion for life — gently, safely and effectively.

With over 30 years of full-time Breathwork experience, more than 10,000 Breathwork sessions, and over 25 years of professional Breathwork Trainer experience since 1999, you are in expert hands.
