Hi, I’m Terri.
I help women in their “Middle-Essence”—those aged 55 and beyond—who find themselves in an unexpected chapter of life. Through a unique blend of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) and Core Clearing Breathwork, I support you in reconnecting with your passions, discovering new purpose, and living with emotional freedom, abundance, and grace.

My Breathwork Journey

I began my Core Clearing Breathwork journey six years ago after feeling like something was missing from my path as an entrepreneur. I was introduced to Nicholas de Castella through Paul Blackburn’s Entrepreneurs Masterclass – Meet My Mentor. At one pivotal lunch, Nicholas helped me see that living with ease and grace—from the heart—could lead to transformative shifts in both business and life.

That conversation inspired heart-led decisions, including finding and purchasing our dream home. From there, my partner and I joined the Passionately Alive workshop to heal from deep personal challenges: breast cancer for my partner and a physical injury for myself.

The experience opened my heart and soul to the healing power of breathwork. It was clear I was meant to continue—so I trained with the Australian Breathwork College, eventually becoming a Thrive Level 2 Breathwork Coach. Trusting our hearts, we even manifested the funding needed to step fully into this path.

Breathwork helps clients create space for insight and emotional release. I hold space in “the mystery,” walking alongside each person as they uncover the next step of their journey. Watching participants shift from confusion and pain to peace, clarity, and empowerment is one of my greatest joys.
