I support carers, sensitive souls, and those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their true self. Through Breathwork and Core Clearing, I gently guide you to release emotional pressure and reconnect with clarity, calm, and authentic joy.

As the founder of Breathwork Gippsland, Head Coach at FittHeroes, and a Master Coach with the Australian Breathwork College, I bring trauma-informed emotional support and deep compassion to every session.

My Breathwork Journey

As a mum of three neurodivergent children, I know the emotional fatigue that comes from always being the one others rely on. I spent years giving from an empty cup, quietly burning out.

Breathwork became my way home—to peace, alignment, and inner strength. It helped me rediscover myself. Now, I offer that same safe, nurturing space to others—especially carers and givers—who are finally ready to receive the support they deeply deserve.

Breathwork offers a safe, supportive way to gently release emotional buildup, reset your nervous system, and restore inner balance. It helps you clear what’s been holding you back, so you can breathe more freely and live more fully.
